We are a specialised boutique Financial Planning firm based on the gorgeous Sunshine Coast, in Queensland. We have a dedicated team and an expanding portfolio of clients. They are looking to bring on an Administrator to assist and support their advisers and be part of the administration team.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years’ experience in a similar position. Our client is offering a competitive salary dependent on experience and there are bonus incentives and reward programs to recognise diligent work.  The position is fulltime Mon-Fri

As part of this role you will:
  • Maintain client relationships
  • Provide adviser support for implementation and review of advice
  • Maintain files and database records
  • Manage adviser diaries and arrange client appointments
  • Work with other members of the client services team to deliver high quality service delivery
  • Prepare forms and documents for wealth implementation
  • Be proactive and diligent
  • Have the ability to work without supervision

The successful candidate will:

  • Preferably have 2+ years’ experience in a Client Services role within financial planning
  • Be able to multitask
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Be a self-starter
  • Established and stable business
