What to bring to your appointment

Whilst it's not necessary, it could be helpful if you brought the following to your appointment.

• ID (Drivers Licence or Passport) – as a licensed financial adviser, we need to ensure we check your identity.
• Membership Numbers – copies of any loan, insurance, or superannuation statements you have. The latest is ideal, but this is just to get an idea at this stage.
• Please complete the short questionnaire below. It takes approximately 3 minutes to complete and helps ensure we can make the most of our time together.

If there are any goals you’d like to achieve, let your adviser know as they would love to work with you to achieve them, and hopefully set new goals as we help to make more possible for you moving forward.
