The Stream Financial wealth portal is a powerful tool that allows you to manage all aspects of your financial life in one secure location, facilitated by myprosperity. You can easily and securely store, access, and share important documents, including the option to add digital signatures where necessary. With the portal, you can collaborate seamlessly with your Stream Financial advisory team, view your assets and liabilities at any time, track transactions, and monitor cash flow movements on your bank account.

What is my wealth portal?

How can I access my account?

Upon receiving an invitation to activate your account on the portal, you can set up your account using your preferred email address and password. Access to the portal can be achieved in two ways; using the myprosperity app or via your web browser.

Using the app

To download the app and access the portal, visit the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store depending on your device.

If you own an Apple device, such as an iPhone or iPad, you can download the app here.

Alternatively, if you own an Android device, such as an Android smartphone or tablet, you can download the app here.

Using a web browser

If you don’t have a device that supports the app, you can still access the portal through your web browser. Simply click here to access the portal.

You can log in to the wealth portal using your existing myprosperity portal credentials through the app or the web browser.

How secure is the portal?

Our collaboration with myprosperity, a trusted Australian provider, has helped us develop the Portal. They employ advanced security measures to ensure the safety and privacy of user data, including secure storage of digital documents and digital signatures. The platform uses the same high-level 256-bit encryption and physical security standards that banks use to protect sensitive information.

Multi-factor authentication is enabled to provide an additional layer of security to the portal. It’s important to note that the portal is a read-only service, meaning it does not offer any transactional functionality to move or withdraw funds. Ultimately, myprosperity is highly reputable, safely handles sensitive data, and offers a secure method to send and receive information.

What if I don’t activate my account?

You are under no obligation to use the wealth portal or download the app. If you choose not to create an account, your financial management will remain the same. However, as our provider of digital signature capability, myprosperity requires you to access the portal via your web browser in order to sign documents digitally.

How does myprosperity keep my finances organised?

  • Documents: With the document storage feature on the Portal, you can securely store important documents such as wills, deeds, and financial statements. This provides easy access to your documents anytime and anywhere through the Portal. You can rest assured that your sensitive documents are safe and protected in one centralised location.
  • Rooms: Rooms foster collaboration between you and your adviser. It enables you to set priorities, update tasks, and request assistance with any financial issues you may be facing. The feature also includes a chat function that facilitates effective communication between you and our team.
  • To-dos: This feature presents a list of tasks that your adviser has assigned to you or tasks that you have created yourself. This functionality promotes transparency and collaboration between you and your adviser regarding tasks. You will receive automated reminders when a task is due or overdue to help you stay on top of your responsibilities.

Wealth Portal Pro
