Hi Google people....I recently dealt with Stream Financial during a frustrating issue involving my insurance provider and I wanted to specifically acknowledge Emily Marlow for the support she provided.
The issue itself was not caused by Stream Financial, but Emily still took ownership of helping me through it. She kept me updated, followed things up when needed, and made sure the matter didn’t just disappear into the background as they sometimes do! Even when the situation became frustrating, Emily handled everything professionally and genuinely made me feel like someone was in my corner.
A big thanks also to Tim for taking the matter seriously and helping get it escalated properly. In the end, the issue was resolved, and I really appreciated the effort from the Stream team.
