Mish While

My Grandfather (currently 101 years old) always says “Life is short. Do what you love so you have fun every day.”

I can’t play a musical instrument, I am terrible at long multiplication, and I can’t spell ‘pterodactyl’ without googling it.

What I can do is make people feel valued and appreciated. I am the person who will always say hello when I pass someone on a footpath, wave when someone lets me into their lane and thank drivers when they stop to let me cross a zebra crossing.

My strength is people – making people feel comfortable, bringing the best out of individuals and giving them the confidence to shine. I am a problem solver, a solution seeker. I like a good set of rules to follow and a pattern to rely on. My position within Stream is to ensure our staff have an enjoyable environment to thrive in, understand what is required of them, to find solutions to any issues that arise and ensure our team recognises how they are making a difference in our client’s lives and our community. Outside of the Stream office, you will find me somewhere in the sun. Gardening, walking the coastline, building sandcastles on the beach and enjoying coffee and delicious food are usual weekend activities in my household.
