Purpose in life has played a large role in where I am today. Figuring out my why was something that didn’t come naturally, I am a deep thinker when it comes to the things that matter to me, which can cause a lot ruminating.
Purpose has been something that I have thought about a lot, and I feel as though this has led me in a direction that is true to myself.
I am driven by being better in everything I do and am the first to admit that I am far from the best. If I can better myself, I feel as though I can better provide for those around me. I can then hopefully better someone else and give me purpose.
The drive to be better has led me to finish a degree that I did not believe I could finish when I initially started, to compete in CrossFit and become an athlete within the top 1% of Australia and to further develop my relationships with my family, friends, and the people around me.
I have found that in this industry, bettering someone else is a core value in what we do. To have clients leave in a better financial position or with a better financial path than when they arrived is the goal. It provides a lot of purpose in what we do as a collective team and drives me to continue to be better every single day.
